After Jayalalitha and Naidu, it is Rangasamy
The North Monsoon rains has made huge havoc on day to day lives. The incessant downpour has even slowed the rescue operations down. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha have requested the centre to provide funds.



Centre so far has lended support to Tamil Nadu. A sum of Rs.940 Crores was alloted for Tamil Nadu. But the funds never went to Andhra Pradesh and Chandra Babu Naidu was worried. Now Puducherry CM N.Rangasamy has asked the centre for funds.

 Puducherry Chief Minister N.Rangasamy has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to provide a fund of Rs.182.45 Crores as emergency relief fund. He has made official reports on the loss. The crops were washed out and the infrastructures were badly affected due to the rains. 

Chief Minister Rangasamy has said that lots of houses were damaged due to heavy rains. To start the reconstruction works he has asked sum of Rs.182.45 Crores. Centre never replied so far.
