Nitish Kumar is an renowned politician
in India. He also has been the Chief Minister of Bihar since February
2015. He has personally invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his
swearing-in ceremony where he will take oath as Bihar Chief Minister
after winning the elections by a huge margin.
It
has to be noted that the election defeat was 'Crushing' for BJP.
Sources said that Nitish called Modi today morning after the four day
chhath festival. He also requested Modi to attend the function but it is
unknown whether Modi agreed to attend.
However
it was said that the Prime Minister congratulated Nitish Kumar for the
huge win in the Bihar polls. However this invite seems to be a formal
one as both of them have a bitter rivalry when considering the past.
They locked horns on various occasions.
But
Modi has came forward and has congratulated Nitish after winning BJP.
It has to be noted that he won 178 seats in the 243 member state
assembly. The swearing in ceremony will take place in the historic
Gandhi Maidan, Patna.
