National
Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) is making the rescue operations intensified
as rains have completely stayed away. Now the NDRF personnel are
seeking help of social media and netizens to reach out the people who
are in distress. Most people right from their desk are making all
amendments to help people.
We hear from
sources a team was set up at National Disaster Response Force (NDRF)
headquarters and they are getting lots of rescue messages on social
media. This helps them to get responses.
The
IT wing in NDRF quarters is so busy and right now they are making SoS
call to the NDRF personnel to ensure everyone is rescued. Every time a
help is sent by people, they respond with messages like, 'noted', 'we
will do the needful', 'will do our best possible', 'noted and passed to
field teams' and 'pls provide full address'.
This
has given some hope to people. O.P.Singh who is the NDRF Chief said the
team has ensured the team is taking every tweet, email and WhatsApp
message seriously. He said, "Half the battle is already won, when we say
'Noted'."
