Hi-Tec City is reportedly
This
reportedly involves a remarkable integrated administrative cluster,
where all the government infrastructure would be actually coming at one
place. Sources say that the government will be shifting the legislative
assembly once the secretariat complex becomes operational. An area close
to Shilparamam near Hi-Tec City is reportedly being considered as an
option, with hundreds of acres worth government land being available
there. The government's earlier proposals for developing land at
Erragadda Chest Hospital or defence land at Bison polo grounds couldn’t
take off due to a court case while the ministry of defence reportedly
demanding a whopping Rs 600 crore in lieu for 60
acres.
The
official Vaastu consultant for Telangana state government, Suddala
Sudhakara Teja, also added that secretariat near Hi-Tec City will help
in
decongesting city traffic. A smart administrative city is being planned
which would be reflecting the modern face of Hyderabad.
