Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister 
Chandrababu Naidu was so mum regarding the 'Settlers' issues in 
Hyderabad. But as the election dates are nearing, Naidu broke his 
silence and has addressed a gathering with respect to this issue.
He
 was addressing the party leaders and activists of both Andhra Pradesh 
and Telangana. During the meeting Naidu said, that the win in GHMC 
elections is a 'Historic necessity' to protect rights of Seemandhra 
people who live in Hyderabad. He further said, "Only due to TDP 
Government between 1995 and 2004, Hyderabad has became a developed 
state.
TDP has definitely taken 
Hyderabad on Global map. Hyderabad is made as IT Hub of India. We have 
created 'Cyber'abad and Hitech city and provided lakhs of IT jobs to 
engineering students.
We have 
transformed Hyderabad into a global city with international airport, 
outer ring road, flyovers, ISB, IIIT, International stadiums, 
International hotels and convention centres. If TDP-BJP combine wins the
 elections once again, Hyderabad will enter next level of development. 
We will also protect the rights of settlers in Hyderabad."
