Andhra
Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandra Babu Naidu is right now busy with
relief measures for the rain hit areas. The Chief Minister is upset as
the centre never came forward to provide relief funds. Despite that he
also makes some new plans for the development of Andhra Pradesh.
Recently
Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to make a road which is 16.5 Kms
long and it is going to be a 4 lane road from the secretariat. It is a
good thing. But if this happens a village will completely be destroyed.
So the villagers are completely agitated and they are protesting against
this.
As per reports, Chief Minister
Chandra Babu Naidu too insisted on laying a straight road without any
twists and turns. The only question right now is how far will the road
be laid and how many houses will be destroyed in this. Villagers said
that the compensation alone is not going to benefit them by any means.
They
also said, the road is fine with them, if some twists are made. But
Naidu is forcing to have a straight road. villagers in Undavalli and
Penumaka are also expressing their fear.
