Air India faces heat due to death of Ravi Subramaniam
Air India as usual gets itself into trouble. The Air India A-319 aircraft sucked in Ravi Subramanian at Mumbai Airport when he was working and this has opened doors for a new debate regarding safety of ground staff.

The common ideology is that airplanes are more vulnerable while airborne and experts say chances of wrong things are higher when airplane is on ground. A senior pilot said, "It is just as simple as that. Airplane is meant to fly and when it is on air, it is of no problem. But when it reaches land it is more vulnerable.

The start procedures may appear very easy and less stressful. But they need more tactics. The main reason for this mishap is the communication between Pilots and Ground personnel. There is zero visual contact between pilots and ground personnel. There are chaos at all 'Indian' airports.

Dubai airport handles more traffic compared to New Delhi or Mumbai but we do not feel so much stress there." Another pilot said that the radio channels are not proper. Everyone are flooded with calls and that leads to other problems.
