It seems Hyderabad Police are having an
obsession towards media and this has helped an international gang to
help from the law. Police have got information regarding gold smuggling
racket and they were give a tip-off regarding four persons who are going
to smuggle all those goods.
The
smugglers are Zafar Ahamed (28), Syed Wajeed (25), Arif Ali (40),
Taheruddin (24). They were carrying 4.2 Kgs of gold which is worth Rs.16
Lakhs. The over obsessed police told the media about the racket and the
case even went to Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI).
The
smugglers were coming from Dubai to Hyderabad with gold bars. The
smugglers who came were warned with CCTV footages and over dosage of
Police around the Airport premises. Police failed to catch two of them.
But to their shock, there was no 'Gold'.
They
never had any details of the purchaser or the seller. After a formal
interrogation they were let free as they never had any evidence. The
news clearly showed the love towards media has warned the gangsters.
