Juvenile cases increased in India
A shocking report states that there has been an increase in 50 percent of Juvenile cases. The report was said in Lok Sabha today.  Minister of State for Home Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary said, "Based on the data collected from states and union territories, an increase of 50.6 percent was found in Juvenile cases. 

The number of cases in 2005 was 25,601 and it was 38,586 in 2014. All crimes were registered against juvenile in conflict with law." All cases come under IPC, Special and Local laws. 



Mr.Choudary said, "The crimes which are done by juveniles is mainly dealt through Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2000. This provides a reformative care in case of Children." Another Police official said, that most of the mishaps are happening by asking kids to do the wrong things. 

They clearly knew justice doesn't punish Children and they will be released with little punishment. Choudary further added, "The Ministry of Women and Child Development is implementing a scheme named as Integrated Child Protection Scheme, for rehabilitation and reintegration of children."
