China is the most populated country in
the world and everyone knows this fact. But at the same time the country
has allowed lots of illegal or unregistered citizens. They never have
proper documents to prove that they are a citizen of this particular
country.
Right now China Government is
denying education and health services in order to make everyone get the
documents. Out of 13 million population, one per cent of the country's
total population, do not have proper household registration permits, or
"hukou". Most people were born in violation of the highly controversial
"one-child policy".
With respect to
'One Child Policy', a couple can give birth to only one child and if
there is a second born the parents are forced to pay a huge fine which
many people couldn't afford.
And those
kids are also not allowed to join school and they are denied basic
needs. A meeting chaired by President XI Jinping happened on Wednesday
and the decision was taken unanimously. The new policy is getting
implemented area wise.
