India generally believed in peace and its foreign policy always proved

Successive governments followed the same policy though different political parties ruled the country. However in a shocker it is coming out that India is building a top secret nuclear facility at Karnataka to improve its nuclear power for civilian use.
In an international magazine 'Foreign Policy' it was revealed that the project began way back in 2012. Foreign Policy magazine came with the shocking revelations.
It revealed India is planning to expand nuclear research, production of fuel for India’s nuclear reactors and helping country’s fleet of new submarines.
