There have been reports that AP Chief
Minister Chandrababu Naidu currently touring Davos in Switzerland for
attending the World Economic Forum meeting, is all set to leave directly
from there to Singapore.
Initially as
per the official schedule that was released by Chief Minister's Office,
there has been no scheduled visit of Babu to Singapore. But suddenly
Naidu would be flying directly to Singapore from Davos on January 24th.
Recently
a consortium of Singapore companies had given a disappointing proposal
for Capital construction. Andhra Pradesh government had not accepted the
proposals and in fact asked the companies to create a better one. At
the same he doesn’t have any new options in terms of capital
construction.
With the central
government not helping much, Naidu is planning to execute majority
constructions here via PPP model supported by foreign agencies. But
even if the final proposal is still disappointing, then Andhra Pradesh
government may have to look for an alternative.
