Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that
the upcoming climate summit in Paris would bring Positive outcome which
will be balanced and guided by principle of common but differentiated
responsibility and respective capabilities.

Modi also spoke with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and he
condemned the terrorist attack in Paris. Regarding the climate change
issue, PM Modi expressed some hope for a positive outcome from the
forthcoming COP-21 (Conference of Parties).
As
per sources he will be attending a summit on November 30th. Modi said
the summit should provide enhanced technological, financial and capacity
building support to the developing and Small Island Developing
countries to enable them to take even more ambitious climate action.
When
speaking against last week terror attacks Modi condemned it and said
his deepest condolences at the loss of innocent lives. He said India
will always continue to have stratetgic partnership with France. Modi
also recalled his last year visit to France which provided him new
vigour when it comes to bilateral relations.
