An Australian military surveillance
plane which flown near South China sea watched Chinese Navy on the
waters. As the news was passed, there were huge tension mounting among
the Government. China however neither denies nor accepts the fact
regarding this.
But they have said that
there is no threat to any country and the South China Sea is a free
passage. But the Royal Australian Air Force patrol plane which has
carried out patrols in air space around that area has took images.
Regarding
this, a senior official from defense department said, "A Royal
Australian Air Force AP-3C Orion was conducting a routine maritime
patrol in the region as part of Operation Gateway from November 25th to
December 4th.
We are an Australian
aircraft and when we are finding regarding the navigation factors we
find this Chinese navy across the passage. We have flown across
international airspace and there is nothing wrong about it." Regarding
this incident, China never made any statement so far. Their officials
were requested to provide an explanation.
