Property Registrations in Telangana may
be available round the clock going further. Now those who selling and
buyind properties can opt for registrations as early as 8 AM in the
morning or as late as 9PM in the night. Half of the offices in a
district will operate in one shift and the other half in another shift
to facilitate the registrations any time.
Earlier registrations are
only allowed in the sub-registrar office in the area of the property,
but can be now registered any where in the district where the property
is present. The state government is planning to make
the registration possible from any sub-registrar office in the state
going further.
The shift
system registration is taken up as a pilot project in some sub-registrar
offices in Hyderabad and the government found this system to be very
useful. And so the system will be implemented across the state. The
property owners have to book their time slot online before going for
the registration. Good to see Telangana government becoming Citizen
Friendly.
