Telangana School students are nothing
but just 'Parrots'. The recently concluded survey by School Education
department reveals this. The survey provides a shocking report that
Students are just forced to digest the syllabus without even
understanding the concept. The report was sent to all district
collectors.
They said, there is more
use of guides and students just copy answers from guides. Teachers are
also encouraging the use of guides by Children. The monitoring teams
from the school education department had conducted the survey in close
to 400 state-run schools.
The survey
team also analyzed the classroom teaching and performance of schools.
They also took evaluation on the resources of each school. They took a
report on the infrastructure based on various parameters.
The
report clearly said that teachers just copy the lesson plans and they
never use appropriate strategies and resources. Adding more shock, the
report indicates that 30-40% of students are still facing trouble to
read. They even feel hard to do basic math.
